Standard Trading Conditions

DLH Worldwide is a member of the British International Freight Association (BIFA).

The current BIFA Standard Trading Conditions apply to all business contracted by the company. All Goods are carried in accordance with these conditions, and DLH Worldwide has transit insurance to comply with this.

For cross border road transport in Europe, the CMR (Convention on Contracts for the International Carriage of Goods by Road) rules apply, and DLH Worldwide is insured accordingly. The limit of liability under the CMR convention is 8.00 SDR (Special Drawings Rights) per kilo.
