European Transportation Network

Our European Services are supervised by our Managing Director, Derek Hyde who has 30 years experience and has a hands on approach.

We load groupage trailers to European destinations on Tuesdays and Fridays as a minimum (often services are daily). Similarly, our colleagues in Europe, schedule in the same way.

We have excellent availability of equipment in the Midlands and North of England due to import contracts.

Full and part load trailers are available to load on any day of the week - to any destination. Trailers to most destinations are driver accompanied for better security, and speed.

We are specialists in moving hazardous cargo.

We operate 13.6 meter Euroliner trailers, with a volume of 75 cubic meters. Our trucks run at either 38 or 44 tonnes maximum weight, giving a carrying capacity of at least 23 tonnes. These trailers are modern, and of top specification.

Most of our drivers have worked for us for many years. We see them as our ambassadors. They represent not only our company, but also the exporter when they reach the overseas customer. Such small issues as driver courtesy and presentation can effect whether a company continues to reorder from its supplier, and we treat this very seriously.

We have a network of partners in Western Europe and Scandinavia enabling us to offer transport facilities close to the customers in Europe.

In some countries, operating costs are lower than in the UK, and by working with our partners we are able to pass on the benefit of this to our customer without prejudicing the quality of service.

We monitor and review our overseas partners continuously. Issues are identified and resolved. We verify the facilities and the quality of overseas equipment and staff at regular meetings.
